Hello folks, today I'm going to compare the old, improved and very new IWC 3714 with a genuine article. Dial/sub-dial The left hand side is the old. With the genuine 3714-38 (and white dials sold after 2006), the numbers are slightly curved, the 4 being the most noticeable (highlighted in yellow). The number six is very slightly ‘flatter’ on the genuine. (highlighted in yellow). The replica 3714-38 replica uses the older styled numbers which is incorrect for this particular model. Ok, ZF released some weeks ago a new Portuguese 3714 with a slimmer case and a new movement inside. The old 7750 was just to thick and the transmission for the running second from 9 to 6 was not really good for the movement reliability.
